Egypt
Egypt is one of those places where you can't wrap your head around what you are seeing. That you are walking on ground that people like Cleopatra, or Julius Cesar walked. A region that is believed to be the birthplace of civilization. Where the earliest developments of writing, agriculture, urbanization, organized religion and central government began. One of the first countries! Ever! In 10,000 BC!! I can't wrap my head around it. I hope you get the chance to see this amazing country and take in its unique, fascinating and mind-blowing history.
